Ecotherapy Therapy
Ecotherapy refers to ecological psychology, a practice based upon the growing evidence that spending time in nature, or even looking out a window or handling a natural object, is therapeutic. A session could be considered ecotherapy simply by holding our session outdoors, working with plant life in a garden, or taking a walk at an off-site location.
